The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Artist's Description
This entry in the Trees on White series is the Ceiba speciosa, or the silk floss tree. The silk floss tree is native to tropical environments which receive sunlight year-round, yet is deciduous. To help compensate for this competitive disadvantage, the bark of its trunk contains chlorophyll, so it can photosynthesize after it has dropped its leaves. Eventually, once the tree is old and established, the trunk loses its chlorophyll.
